Notes
Nice lot near the edge of town but very private and rural with oak trees on a quiet dead end road. Less than a mile to Webber College and downtown. There are no houses to the sides right now and a church across the street. Lot is on the top of a hill with no flood zone or risk of flooding! I have approval for one house to be built on the 60' x 100' lot. Located within unincorporated Polk County and NOT within any city limits which keeps the taxes and the impact fees much lower!
