When a user connects a Google or YouTube account, we may process OAuth tokens, channel identifiers, video identifiers, playlists, upload status, metadata, and limited analytics needed to publish and manage videos. We do not sell Google user data.

Data Retention and Deletion
You may request deletion of your CRM lead details, dashboard account, saved favorites, uploaded integration tokens, and connected Google/YouTube integration data. We will delete or de-identify data unless retention is required for security, legal, billing, or operational records.

Deletion and Revocation Policy
To request deletion, use the contact page and include the email/account used on the website plus the data type to remove, such as CRM lead, dashboard account, saved favorites, or connected YouTube/Google integration data. You can also revoke Google access directly from your Google Account permissions page. After revocation or deletion, BrokerAiRE will stop using the revoked token and remove stored integration tokens where applicable.
